IT market for PhD holders in the UAE? Internship?
I am currently doing my doctorate in Information Technology in North Carolina in the USA. I would like to ask about the chances of having an opportunity to work in the industry in the UAE and also the possibilities of getting an internship with an IT company this summer since I am planning to visit my family staying in Abu Dhabi. I am currently working on my doctorate and I have already completed my MSc from a Canadian university. Is there a good chance? Is it competitive? What I know from my experience is that the North American degrees are highly respected in the UAE. Do you have any piece of advice? Thanks ...
