What next? Where to go after graduation

What next? Where to go after graduation?
I gonna to have my Bachelor degree in Management, and still have to pass several state exams, but I'm in frustartion- what next? I really don't know. I have some opts 1) to go abroad to earn master degree with narrow specialization 2)stay at home university for international master program -economics in F&E sector(alma mater+Leipzig Universitat) What I want in future (and now, if possible)? 1)good salary 2)challenging work 3)professional prosperity 4)children. What to do? My alma mater- is the most elite Moscow Institute of International Relations. I know several languages(Eng, Germ, Russian, Kazakh), my GPA is 3,8(or 4.8 of 5 in Russian system) one more question - if I finish Msc in Marketing, as who I can work?

Get a job. This will help you decide what you want to do, and will give you some experience that will make getting a Master's easier and much more relevant.

What is the highly sought after IT area in the job market

What is the highly sought after IT area in the job market?
Hello, I did my degree in BEng(Hon) Communications Engg, I have CCNA and MCP qualifications as well. I am finding the job market a bit competitive. And at the moment I am considering moving into a Computer Science specialisation. And am considering doing a MSc in that field. But I am not very sure which specialisation would be the most sought after in the job market. From the job hunting which I had been doing and the feedback I get, I personally consider Software Development or Software Engg being a shortage areas, given that I have excellent mathematical grades from college and a strong score in engineering mathematics from my degree. But since I am at the doorstep of this industry I would appreciate suggestions from the gurus. :-) NB: I also have concerns of software development role getting outsourced to India and China.

Always work in data base management

Top programmers will NOT get outsources. Simple jobs will (just like with any industry). Since you have a good math background, why don't you specialize in Math and Computer Science. There is a huge demand for programmers that are really good in math. DB management is NOT a job for a computer science grad. If you want to do that, goto a trade school.

Should I enroll in a Msc in Finance immediately after i finish College (in economics)

Should I enroll in a Msc in Finance immediately after i finish College (in economics)?
The alternative would be working for 2-3-4 years and then doing an mba at a top 10 university. I want to work with equity markets and investment.

If top 10 MBA is part of you plan then i would suggest you go for that (but probably more years are better, than 4 years) Depends how good you are and whether or not you can get into those schools. Otherwise, MSc Finance is better

Are there management degrees with a focus on emerging markets & economics

Are there management degrees with a focus on emerging markets & economics?
I'm looking for a business management degree where I can either get a concentration economics and emerging markets (and/or development). So far the closest things I've found are the MSc Management & Economics degrees offered in Europe, but those don't have any focus on developing markets. Any suggestions?

What about the field of developmental economics? That's basically what you are describing, and a lot of the big name universities of developmental economists on their economics faculties.
