I want to start a distance education school in my home country. Where can I source prepackaged courses

I want to start a distance education school in my home country. Where can I source prepackaged courses?
I want to offer CNA, Dispute Mediation training, Drug and Alcohol counselor certificates, Autism certificates, Case Management Certificates. I researched with my education ministry and I need a Msc to offer these as teacher. I have a Bsc in Psy. and Soci. and plan to do an MBA or Msc in Counselling come September. However I would like to prepare by starting to source and price prepackaged programs so I don't have to do them all from scratch and I know my idea is viable. Where can I find these? Is this available? Is there somewhere eg. a job board I could order these from education providers? I'd love prepackaged as then its more likely to be accredited by someone which would be a marketing advantage at home. Can anyone help?

You have no credibility to open a distance education school.

Do you think my salary right

Do you think my salary right?
I have been hired by a company almost 2 years ago to work on email marketing campaigns for 18k. I am a computer science graduate with MSc in programming, however at the time I needed the experience and just got the job. Ever since, I haven't got a raise, despite my 4-5 tries throughout the time. I have made a large contribution to the department, not only by doing my job, but evolving it whilst trying to practice programming and creating new software. I am currently looking for another job, as nothing here seems that this job is going anywhere. Do you think I am underpaid? I'm on the edge even of quitting! :D Following the credit crunch in March 2009, I was one of the "lucky people" to actually have a job...The emails are sent to people who are requesting their digital magazines etc so it's legit. Also, this was my first job ever.

Wow I am not sure in the least why you would take such a job! With a MS in programming you could easily find a job making 50k OR more with experience. My husband works at a corporate headquarters on computer systems and he makes a Hell of a lot more than 18k. Your getting paid right for the job.. but it is absolutely the Wrong job for you!

I was about to say you were well underpaid for you education level. After reading the phrase "email marketing campaigns," I have changed my mind. I think you should get a pay cut if you are of the group of individuals who are responsible for generating spam.

Yep. I bet they are handing you the typical lines: "you're lucky to have a job" "we are in a pay-raise freeze" "there are plenty waiting in line to take your job at that salary" Some employers are going to milk that recession cow as long as they can to keep people underpaid. But recession or not, enough is enough. It doesn't sound like the experience or pay is good enough to the point of staying any longer. I would go on the job hunt, if I were you.

It appears that you are being paid properly for the job but you should be able to secure a better position with your educational background. I would keep this job while aggressively searching for something else.

My friend, here's the thing about Career Planning. Nobody can tell you what your career path will be, but what expert people can do is give you a compass so that you know WHEN you stray from your heart's desire or the world's need. The framework or compass that I give people in my career management workshops is one that focuses their attention on basically four key dimensions of a good, fulfilling and rewarding career: TALENT WORLD'S NEED PASSION MEANING These refer, respectively, to your head, your body (you have to make a living and get paid to feed and clothe your body), your heart and your soul. The first thing to do is to determine what you are good at: that is, find your talent. Sometimes it takes a while to discover your unique talent. Just pay attention to what people say about you, especially the compliments they make. Next you have to develop your talent in a way that serves a real need in the world. Think about the theatrical talents of Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II. They both used their acting talent by playing an important role in the world, at the time they were needed as leaders. Over time you will also realize that you want to do something that is meaningful to you at the personal level. You want to do something that contributes to a better world, something that is aligned with your values. This is about wanting to make a difference. We all want to make a difference. And of course throughout your career and in fact throughout every single day, you want to do something that makes you feel alive (and kicking!). When older people give you advice, you can easily place their advice along one of these four key axes. Therefore, nobody's advice will be complete. Some will tell you to go "where the money is." Others will tell you to follow your heart. Yet other people will suggest you do something that makes a difference. But in the end, it is up to you to consider each piece of advice given the global picture of a good career, which includes all four elements (in varying degrees, of course). Good luck!

well, better qualifications, better job I guess Good luck

I have a masters in physics. The degree was useful to convince the hiring manager that I could learn what I needed to learn to do the job, despite not having a BSEE (engineering degree). It's turned into a 15 year career.

Everyone I know with a Masters has not been able to really use it. I am hearing more and more that trade school is the way to go for job security. I have a friend who's son went to Electrician school. He is 25 and the head electrician for a major grocery store chain and he is pulling in six figures. Most people I know with psychology degrees work for schools as counselors. They aren't making much money considering what they paid for their education.

first off you need a phd in psychology to 1) get a job in that field 2) call yourself a 'psychologist' anyways yes a MS is useful and gives you the edge in a competitive market.. whether it's the edge to get hired, or the extra pay, it's nice :) my MSAS is more mathy, so i can't comment on medical pay...

My daughter just got her MSc in Technology Management and her research got her a full ride for a PhD in Civil Engineering at a top school.
